All merchant fees are deducted from the Organization’s portion of revenue generated from Fundraiser.

REFUND POLICY

We Guarantee Your Satisfaction. The best just got better!  Though its very rare but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we want to know about it. We stand behind our products 100%

We guarantee the quality on everything we sell. If you decide to return within 30 days you will be given 100% refund or exchange on the product, the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Returns will only be accepted for products that are unopened and unused. The offer is voided if the product being returned is opened or used.

There is a $3 re-stocking fee on all returns. NO EXCEPTIONS

All returns must be authorized by Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund. 

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of product being delivered by shipping courier. The time will be calculated based on tracking details only. Contact support@jewelpads.com with the concern to receive a response within 48hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling

1. Cancel Online

You can login to your Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. account and cancel your order without contacting your Independent Sales Representative or contacting the company.

2. Cancel with your Independent Sales Representative

To cancel Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. Independent Sales Representative, contact your Independent Sales Representative who will be able to cancel your Independent Sales Representative for you.

3. Cancel by Email

Orders and Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by submitting a written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date.  To cancel an Order or Subscription, submit a completed / Subscription Cancellation Form via email to support@jewelpads.com

4. Cancel Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. by Phone

Call Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. Support at 844.789.1033 and speak to a representative who will process the cancellation for you. Must be at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date.

5. Independent Sales Representative Right of Rescission

Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. requires its Independent Sales Representatives to adhere to any country, state or local laws or regulations pertaining to consumers’ cancellation rights.  In the United States, Distributors must adhere to the federal “cooling off” rule, which is codified as Title 16 CFR Part 429.

Upon cancellation, the Independent Sales Representative continues to be bound by the confidentiality and non-compete sections of the Independent Sales Representative Agreement shown below.

Independent Sales Representative acknowledges and agrees that all information concerning Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. Independent Sales Representative(s) (hereinafter known as “Confidential Information”) is of great value to Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. .

Independent Sales Representative agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information to any person except as expressly authorized byJewel Sanitary Napkins LLC.  in writing and shall not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of Independent Sales Representative’s functions and duties as a Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. Independent Sales Representative.

Independent Sales Representative further agrees that, during the life of this Agreement and for a period of 18 months from and after cancellation or termination hereof, he or she shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recommend, suggest or induce any Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC.  Customer or Independent Sales Representative to become a Customer of or representative for any person or entity other than Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC.  engaged in the business of marketing or selling product(s) or service(s) by means of any direct sales or network marketing.

Reapplying after Cancellation
After cancelling their Independent Sales Representative Agreement, the former Independent Sales Representative may not have any purchasing activity one year from the date of cancellation before submitting another Independent Sales Representative Application & Agreement
